Key Account Support Manager / Sales Support Professional

Job Description
Key Account Support Manager / Sales Support Professional position allows for communication flow from our national sales team and our internal marketing, sales and customer service team. Must have experience supporting sales with Manufacturers Representatives / Sales Agents.

This is for a Full-Time position. WE ARE ALSO HIRING FOR A PART-TIME position to turn into a FULL-TIME POSITION in the same capacity. Both are support roles. Please also apply if you are looking for Part-Time.

* This person will streamline the relationship between our customers and corporate team at Bracketron Inc. Successful candidates are technology-savvy individuals who have experience in Retail Support and Retail Marketing and have knowledge in helping drive the overall retail strategies. They act as the project support, analysis and program manager for the sales team of Bracketron.

The successful candidate understands retailers, is analytical in nature, excellentat reporting and develops solutions to ensure success in the consumer products marketplace. Program management is a large portion of the responsibility along with attention to detail. The ability to make comprehensive competitive product analysis for our customers and their competitors is required. The ability to produce detailed graphic presentations customized for the customer or sales management team is also a prerequisite.

Frequent interaction with Buyers, BA’s, Forecasting, Mfr. Reps.
Experience delivering strategic solutions to match business objectives
Product and technical support where necessary
Help in trainings sessions for sales reps
Sales presentations and program summaries
Consults with other Bracketron team members(purchasing/product management/engineering)
Interaction on teambuilding and successfulcommunication
Project management to ensure that delivery &sales forecasts are met according to agreements
Helps cultivates new opportunities for Bracketron with customers and sales reps

Requirements
Passion for retail marketing, analytics and client satisfaction
Excellent work ethic and self starter
Team-oriented, focused on exceeding expectations ina entrepreneurial environment
Understanding of retail business models and processes, terminology, concepts and strategies
Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support
Apple/Mac or related experience preferred
Understanding accounting/finance systems and CRM
Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excelin fast paced situations

Additional Activities
Monitor trade publications to stay up to date with developments of key accounts
Gather market data on industry trends wherever possible
Create suggested product assortments based on merchandising space and planograms
Work with yearly program and promotional activities for Retail objectives
Be proactive in issues that can result in fees, fines and chargebacks
Obtain sell through reports from each major accountand track sale of each sku over time
Report noticeable sales trends to management and suggest price, packaging or merchandising changes
Assist in generating forecast for all skus by major account
Update forecasts to accommodate for advertising activity, changes to assortment or merchandising changes
Study monthly key account forecast versus salesforecast
Study monthly dollars spent by account reports and update advertising plans with buyers
Provide the Bracketron sales team, account buyer, assistant buyer and DMM with anexceptional quality of information and follow-up on all issues.
