Question: What is the difference between the PHV-200-BL and PHV-202-BL?
Answer: Both products are identical, only the packaging is different.
Question: What is the larget device the Mobile Grip-iT Universal Holder will hold?
Answer: The Mobile Grip-iT Universal Holder has adjustable arms open which open from 1.5" to 4.5" wide to accommodate wide range GPS and other mobile devices.
Question: Will the vent mounts work on all vents?
Answer: The vent mounts only work on horizontal louvers less than .75" wide and some vertical louvers.

Mobile iPod Docking Kit
- Is the Mobile iPod Docking Kit expandable?

Question: Is the Mobile iPod Docking Kit expandable?
Answer: Each of the two wings can be positioned in one of the three slots on either side of the main body of the Mobile iPod Docking Kit. The max width will be 2.5".
Question: Will the Mobile iPod Docking Kit fit my Nano?
Answer: Yes the Mobile Docking Kit comes with two sets of wings, regular and set of smaller nano wings.
Question: Does the Docking Kit have to be mounted to the air vent?
Answer: No the single t-slot used to mount the Docking Kit is compatible with most of our Bracketron mounting products.
Question: Will the vent mounts work on all vents?
Answer: The vent mounts only work on horizontal louvers less than .75" wide.

Question: How does the MobileDock Vent Mount work?
Answer: The MobileDock Vent Mount uses a patented adhesive-free grip technology allowing you to mount you device directly to the cradle.
Question: Will the vent mounts work on all vents?
Answer: The vent mounts only work on horizontal louvers less than .75" wide
Question: How does the MobileDock cradle stay sticky?
Answer: The cradle's surface can be washed regularly with warm water. Once dry, the surface will resume it's original stickiness.
