Answer: It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the Stone Battery. LED light will shut off when battery is fully charged

Answer: Yes, if you plug the Stone Battery into your phone while plugged into a USB port it will charge both the Battery and Phone at the same time.
Question: What does the flashing LED light on the Stone Battery indicate?
Answer: Depending on the number of flashes indicates the battery level.
4 times = 100% / 3 times = 75% / 2 times = 50% / 1 time = 25%
Question: What if no LED light comes on when I plug-in my Stone Battery to the USB port?
Answer: Press the yellow dot for approximately 2 seconds. You will see the LED light begin to flash. LED light will flash for 1 minute. If the LED light remains constant after flashing, it means your battery is starting the charging process again. If the LED light goes off, it means your Stone Battery is fully charged and ready to use.
Question: If my mobile device is completely dead, will the 1000mAh Stone Battery charge my mobile device back up to 100%?
Answer:NO, The Stone Battery will charge a dead battery to approximately 65-70% of the batteries capacity.
