Sales Analyst

Position Overview:

The Sales Analyst role is a key enabler for our Regional Sales Managers. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for our Sales Managers by handling administrative work and follow up.   The qualified candidate is expected to work 40 hours per week. Qualified candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate the sales and finance administrative processes within the sales department
  • Fulfill requests from Regional Sales Managers to develop and modify PowerPoint and Excel presentation to be used on sales calls
  • Analyze and prepare reports for current accounts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain sales support materials, including:
    • Retailer Contracts
    • Distributor Contracts
    • Current Pricer
    • Item Configuration Forms
  • Help create and actively maintain sales contracts for our outside sales representatives
  • Act as primary contact for sales interns; utilizing them to delegate projects and follow-up on sales related issues

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred with an emphasis in business related field   
  • Intermediate/Expert Ability in Microsoft Office Platform, particularly PowerPoint and Excel                             
  • Self-starter who can take action with limited supervision
  • Comfortable using Apple based products
  • Highly organized
